We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to help us grow our network of corporate partners. You’ll be the person opening doors, starting thoughtful conversations, and helping organisations understand how they can engage with and support the Women Automotive Network. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys outreach, research, and early-stage relationship building and who wants to grow into a long-term career in partnerships or sales.
As a Business Development Executive, you’ll support the growth of our corporate membership, sponsorships, and partnerships by identifying the right organisations, initiating conversations, and qualifying interest before handing opportunities to our senior team.
- Run structured outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls)
- Keep the CRM organised and up to date
- Support light sales admin and proposal follow-up when needed
1–3 years’ experience in business development, sales support, SDR, or lead generation roles
- Strong written and spoken English
- Clear, confident communication across email, LinkedIn, and phone
