We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to help us expand our network of corporate members and partners. This role is about bringing more organisations into the Women Automotive Network and helping them see real value in being part of a global, purpose-driven community. If you enjoy relationship-led sales, meaningful conversations, and seeing ideas turn into impact, this role could be a great fit.
What you’ll be doing:
- Take ownership of warm sponsorship, partnership, and membership enquiries.
- Proactively grow our reach by identifying and engaging new corporate members and partners in a creative way.
- Lead discovery conversations to understand company goals, priorities, budgets, and decision-making processes.
- Clearly present sponsorship, partnership, and membership options that align with each organisation’s objectives.
- Manage the full journey from initial conversation to close, with consistent and thoughtful follow-up.
- Maintain momentum across opportunities and take responsibility for moving conversations forward.
- Work towards sales targets and KPIs while contributing to a collaborative, supportive commercial team.
- Share feedback from the market, including objections, insights, and what’s resonating with organisations.
What we’re looking for:
