We operate a hybrid working approach, with most colleagues typically spending around three days a week in the office and two working from home. We're pragmatic and flexible, balancing individual needs with the requirements of the role and the team.

If you're someone who takes pride in clean, accurate data and enjoys working across a business to improve how information is used, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact.

The Role

You'll play a key role in maintaining the quality and integrity of data in our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics), supporting colleagues across business development, marketing, events, bids and internal communications. Your work will help ensure our data is reliable, well-structured and ready to support confident decision-making across the firm.

  • Act as day-to-day steward of CRM data quality, keeping records accurate, consistent, and up to date
  • Define and embed data governance standards, policies, and best practice
  • Partner with BD, marketing, and fee earners to improve data capture and behaviours
  • Monitor and resolve data issues, including bulk cleansing and data maintenance
  • Enable and drive reliable reporting, pipelines, and business insights through high-quality data
  • Develop data quality metrics, dashboards, and performance tracking for firmwide reporting and visibility
  • Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and system enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with data regulations and internal data standards

What we're looking for

We're interested in people who bring a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to improving data quality. To be successful in this role, you'll need as a minimum:

  • Experience working with a CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus)
  • Proven ability to handle and maintain contact and relationship data within a business environment
  • Evidence of applying a methodical, detail-focused approach to data quality and process improvement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience collaborating across teams and engaging stakeholders.

It would be a bonus if you also have:
