Responsibilities
- Manage high-value residential development and investment project work
- Oversee contracts and agreements (conditional/unconditional contracts, option, promotion, development funding, turnkey, collaboration)
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships
- Lead and deliver results through team leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support transactions and approvals
- Contribute to business development and client service excellence
Key requirements
- Legal qualification with 6+ years post admission experience
- Experience of managing existing client relationships
- Evidence of managing people and delivering results
- High level of knowledge of the UK living sector
