The Executive Support Assistant (ESA) team provides support to fee earners across the firm with administrative tasks such as archiving, photocopying, scanning, bundle preparation, binding, submitting searches, post completion tasks, etc. ESAs are office based and this role is to primarily support fee earners in the Newcastle office. The ESA team works collaboratively across the business using a BigHand Workflow system. Workflow is overseen by a dedicated Workflow Coordinator, who manages allocation and monitors progress to ensure work is completed to a high standard and within agreed deadlines.

Our Executive Support Assistants are highly skilled professionals, recognised for their technical expertise, strong organisational skills, and flexible approach to managing workloads. They demonstrate a commitment to collaborative working and consistently deliver high levels of client service, aligning closely with the values and objectives of the teams they support.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to fee earners across the firm (e.g., archiving, photocopying, scanning, bundle preparation, binding, submitting searches, post completion tasks).
Qualifications
  • Previous experience of working in an administrative role, ideally within the professional services sector.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt style and effectively engage across multiple channels including email, telephone, and written correspondence.
