Overview
You will partner with the Business Group Head to advance knowledge, innovation, and training across the Corporate and Commercial Services Group. You will champion excellence in knowledge development, support digital-law specialists, and promote AI-driven legal services and self-service tools. Your role includes creating client-facing knowledge content and guiding the Knowledge Team, with a strong emphasis on digital and technology law. This is a chance to shape how the group delivers value through technology-enabled legal services.

Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement of knowledge development processes across teams
- Support lawyers specializing in Digital and Technology law with expertise and training
- Manage training for early-stage talent and keep the group updated on risk and legal developments
- Promote use of third-party content and related tools to boost knowledge
- Promote AI adoption and act as SME for group-specific legal tech tools
- Supervise and develop the Knowledge Team paralegal support
- Respond to tender questions on knowledge management and innovation
- Collaborate with business development for horizon scanning to identify training and solution opportunities
- Assist in preparing and delivering client-facing knowledge-led content
Key requirements
- Qualified lawyer with at least 5+ PQE
- Strong knowledge of UK commercial contracting law
- Strong interest in innovation, AI, and embedding AI into workflows
- Experience in coaching, training or mentoring
- Experience working and driving change in a large law practice
- Previous exposure to legal technology and AI; not required but beneficial
