Based in our London Bridge office, you will be part of our London Banking & Finance practice and our wider national team.Real estate financeLeveraged and acquisition financeCorporate lendingRefinancings and restructuringsCross-border financing transactionsYou will have the opportunity to:Advise on financing transactions from inception to completion.Work directly with clients and develop long-term relationships.We are seeking a talented and commercially minded lawyer with strong technical capabilities and a genuine enthusiasm for banking and finance work. You will have experience advising on a range of banking and finance transactions and be comfortable managing matters with appropriate supervision. You will will enjoy working collaboratively as part of a high-performing team and bring strong commercial awareness alongside sound judgement.
