The predicted salary is between 99000 - 121000 £ per year.

Backed by decades of experience and an unrivalled understanding of the national and international landscape, our real estate team has a lot to offer our clients. The team provides invaluable advice regarding the complex and interlocking regulations that control the real estate industry. We already have a strong transatlantic presence, which has recently deepened through our combination with US firm Lewis Roca, opening up even more opportunities for our real estate teams. We are expanding and looking for a new Partner to complement our already successful and well-known Leeds real estate practice.

If your expertise lies in advising developers, investment, asset management, strategic land, disposals, acquisitions, landlord and tenant, energy, or real estate finance, we would be very interested in hearing from you. Our recently refurbished Leeds office offers state-of-the-art facilities and panoramic views of Leeds.

What are the requirements?

  • A qualified solicitor with 8+ years' post-admission experience.
  • A high level of knowledge of the UK real estate sector and experience of building and sustaining a practice in this sector.
  • The ability to demonstrate a thorough understanding of revenue prioritisation.
  • Team management experience with evidence of effective coaching.
  • The ability to actively seek out opportunities for innovation and create process improvements.
  • A role model with a commercial mindset who can demonstrate efficiency.
  • An external profile as a leader in this field.
  • Understanding how the provision of legal services should be delivered at a top 100 UK law firm.
