Responsibilities
- Manage and advance BD pipelines across sectors with disciplined progress from identification to close
- Coach and support Client Partners on sales efforts and follow-up opportunities
- Establish and promote Dynamics as the shared source for opportunity tracking and integrate with Introhive for CRM data quality
- Collaborate with Sector Leaders and Marketing Planning to identify opportunities and align campaigns with priority audiences
- Activate marketing activities against priority clients and opportunities, ensuring follow-up and progression
- Support Bids & Tenders in pitches with market intelligence and future tender planning
- Work with Account Management to feed client insights into BD activity and CRM improvements
- Onboard and transition newly won priority clients to ensure strong relationships and client experience
- Build cross-border opportunities with WBD US and Lex Mundi network to leverage international capabilities
- Prioritize BD activity according to sector plans and allocate resources to high-potential targets
- Identify sales collateral needs and coordinate with Brand & Communications to produce relevant materials
- Provide input to campaigns and engage the right partners for cross-functional execution
- Contribute to client listening insights to refine account planning and BD strategy
- Key requirements
- Experience managing BD opportunities through full sales cycle, including pipeline tracking and conversion
- BD experience in a B2B or professional services environment with revenue growth and client acquisition impact
- Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders, providing coaching on BD strategy and client engagement
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence across hierarchical levels
- Experience researching markets, competitor analysis and identifying growth opportunities
