So what's the role?
The role sits within the IT Services function and supports the Level 2 Support team in providing high quality technical support to colleagues across the firm.
The apprentice will develop practical capability across deskside support, endpoint troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 support, mobile device support, printing/scanning, video conferencing / AV support, user access issues, incident resolution and knowledge management. The role will work closely with the Service Desk, Level 2 analysts, infrastructure colleagues and IT training teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and colleagues receive a consistent service.
The role will also support project activity where Level 2 involvement is required, including hardware refreshes, office changes, application deployments, device configuration and migrations. The apprenticeship route is intended to combine structured learning with supervised, hands-on experience in a live professional services IT environment.
