We have an impressive list of major clients and panel appointments.
You'll be joining a national high-profile team with the best exposure to high value development work available. This includes conditional and unconditional contracts/transfers, option agreements, promotion agreements, development funding agreements, forward commitment/turnkey contracts, and collaboration agreements with a focus on high value residential development and investment projects.
What does the ideal candidate look like?

To be successful in this role you'll need as a minimum: A legal qualification with 6+ year's post admission experience.
Experience of managing existing client relationships.
Evidence of managing people and delivering results. A high level of knowledge of the UK living sector.
