They use flexible resourcing and time-saving technology to deliver a high-quality, cost-effective service for a range of large scale projects.
Our dedicated Paralegal Team are now on the lookout for an experienced Senior Real Estate Paralegal to join them in our Bristol or Plymouth office.
What will you be doing?
In the Real Estate team, you’ll be responsible for supporting real-estate transactions; taking responsibility for searches, Stamp Duty Land Tax calculations, post-completion activities and managing the documentation associated with various property transactions. You’ll demonstrate a sound commercial understanding and awareness, attend client meetings to promote our excellent client relationships and apply a commercial appreciation of billing and time recording.
So what are we looking for?
As a senior member of the team you will be assisting the managing paralegal with mentoring and training up junior members of the team, assisting in recruitment and assisting the management of workflows.
- Completed your law degree or other legal qualification and/or have previously worked as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant or similar.
- Previous Legal/non-legal work experience in real estate/property.
- Experience managing multiple workloads simultaneously.
