The predicted salary is between 36000 - 44000 Β£ per year.

We operate a hybrid working policy and most full-time employees typically spend around 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home - however we operate a very flexible approach in practice.

The Knowledge for Growth team is responsible for using legal knowledge to help grow the firm, monitoring Bills, Law Commission consultations, major case law developments and other relevant sources to ensure we are well sighted on legal changes which present opportunities for us to provide thought leadership and proactive solutions to our clients.

You will work closely with the Knowledge for Growth Lawyers to help deliver on the team's objectives:

  • Extensively horizon scanning (in collaboration with the Knowledge for Growth Lawyers) in order to ensure that we have early visibility on legal changes which present opportunities for us to provide thought leadership and proactive solutions to our clients.
  • Prioritising your time to ensure a focus on building our profile and reputation in our target markets.
  • Undertaking further research and analysis on particular points of interest identified by the discussions between the Knowledge for Growth Lawyers and the relevant subject matter experts.

At least 3 years' experience in a research role:

  • Experience conducting market, sector, competitor and client research within a legal or professional services environment.
  • Experience supporting business development, marketing, strategic planning, client pursuit or tender activities through research and insight.
  • Experience presenting research findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
