The Legal Solutions Centre (LSC) is an essential part of our business made up of over 70 paralegals and legal executives, project managers, data analysts and client co-ordinators. They use flexible resourcing and time-saving technology to deliver a high-quality, cost-effective service for a range of large scale projects.

Our dedicated Paralegal Team are now on the lookout for a Real Estate Paralegal to join them in our Plymouth office.

What will you be doing?

In the Real Estate team, you\’ll be responsible for supporting real estate transactions; taking responsibility for searches, Stamp Duty Land Tax calculations, post completion activities and managing the documentation associated with various property transactions. You\’ll demonstrate a sound commercial understanding and awareness, attend client meetings to promote our excellent client relationships and apply a commercial appreciation of billing and time recording.

So what are we looking for?

To be successful in this role you\’ll need as a minimum:

  • Completed your law degree or other legal qualification and/or have previously worked as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant or similar.
  • Previous Legal/non-legal work experience in real estate/property.
  • Experience managing multiple workloads simultaneously.
