Womble Bond Dickinson (UK) LLP is seeking a qualified corporate tax lawyer to join our Corporate tax team.

You will support clients on a broad range of corporate tax issues, including drafting, negotiating and supporting transactions from a tax perspective, with VAT, SDLT, corporation tax and CGT expertise.

The role offers collaboration with Partners and other specialists, with clear development toward Managing Associate for the right candidate, and a flexible approach to experience and location.
