Introduction
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Apprentice to join our IT Support team based in our Bristol office.
This IT apprenticeship offers you the opportunity to gain a formal IT qualification (Microsoft Azure Cloud Support Specialist Level 3 Apprenticeship) as well as receiving paid on-the-job training.

What You'll Do
- Join the IT Services function, supporting the IT Support team in delivering high-quality technical support across the firm
- Gain hands-on experience providing deskside support and troubleshooting endpoint devices
- Support colleagues with Microsoft 365, mobile devices, printing, scanning, video conferencing, and AV technology
- Assist with resolving user access issues, incidents, and technical queries
- Contribute to knowledge management and documentation to improve service delivery
- Work closely with the Service Desk, Desktop Support Analysts, Infrastructure teams, and IT Training teams
- Help ensure issues are resolved efficiently and colleagues receive a consistent support experience
- Develop technical skills through a combination of structured learning and supervised, hands-on experience
- Build experience within a live professional services IT environment while working towards an industry-recognised qualification
Support IT projects requiring Level 2 involvement, including:
- Hardware refresh programmes
- Office moves and changes
- Application deployments
- Device configuration and setup
- System and device migrations
Training Outcome
- Once completed you will be offered a full time role as a Level 2 Desktop Support Analyst
