Core tasks
- Bring Comfort to Guests: Clean and prepare guest rooms (including departure rooms, stayovers, and dormitories) with care and precision, ensuring everything is fresh and inviting.
- Keep Shared Spaces Spotless: Maintain the cleanliness of common areas such as the lobby, staircases, guest kitchen, making sure guests always feel welcome.
- Go Beyond the Surface: Perform deep cleaning in rooms and public spaces to maintain hygiene and meet high-quality standards.
- Protect Health & Safety: Follow the relevant hygiene protocols and use cleaning products correctly to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
- Care for Equipment & Supplies: Handle and store cleaning tools responsibly, ensuring everything is ready for use when needed.
