We are currently on the lookout for skilled and enthusiastic Breakfast Supervisor (f/m/d) at Wombat’s London for 30-35 (or more) hours/week.

Core tasks:

  • Planning and adjusting staff schedules
  • Managing breakfast operations and supporting the team during service
  • Finding replacements in case of absences or stepping in to fill shifts
  • Ensuring product quality, presentation, and cleanliness
  • Managing stock levels, inventory checks, and supply orders
  • Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations (e.g. HACCP)
  • Training and onboarding new team members
  • Communicating with other departments to coordinate morning operations
  • Reporting technical issues or irregularities to the Head of F&B

Required competences:

  • Hosting mindset and a passion for food and service
  • Reliability and hands-on mentality
  • Strong sense of organisation and responsibility
  • Clear and supportive communication
  • Team-oriented leadership style
  • Basic understanding of hygiene standards and safety protocols
  • Calm and solution-oriented in fast-paced situations
  • Flexibility and readiness to work early shifts and weekends
  • Excellent skills in the local language and in English (in speaking and writing)
