Core tasks

  • Guest Relations: Act as primary point of contact for guests, answer questions, handle complaints in an empathic and solution-oriented way, help with any issues that arise during the stay
  • Guest Check-In & Check-Out: Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash and cash-ups with diligence
  • External Liaison: Act as the initial point of contact for our partners/suppliers etc.
  • Enforcement of Rules: Ensure adherence to house rules, addressing issues proactively
  • Complaint Management: Respond promptly and effectively to complaints, turning challenging situations into positive outcomes whenever possible
  • Administration: Take care of administrative tasks that are part of reception workflows

Required competences
