Responsibilities
- Embodying the core values of Wombat’s and a passion for hosting
- Acting as the leading figure for the hostel teams – Reception, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security – through presence and providing purpose and feedback; indirect leadership of teams through department heads, direct leadership of department heads
- Promoting personal and professional development of their teams
- Providing support to and promoting good cooperation with the F&B department
- Managing administration and human resources for their teams and the F&B teams
- Monitoring and managing finances and costs (except for F&B and events)
- Ensuring the building and all relevant appliances are well maintained at all times
- Monitoring quality standards and overseeing reputation management
- Ensuring compliance with health- and safety regulations
- Driving continuous development in cooperation with Head Office

- A gross salary of 51,000 GBP per year. Willingness to offer above-market compensation depending on qualifications and experience
