We are currently on the lookout for skilled and enthusiastic staff at Wombat’s London for 30-35 (or more) hours per week.

Responsibilities:
- Planning and adjusting staff schedules
- Managing breakfast operations and supporting the team during service
- Finding replacements in case of absences or stepping in to fill shifts
- Ensuring product quality, presentation, and cleanliness
- Managing stock levels, inventory checks, and supply orders
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations (e.g. HACCP)
- Training and onboarding new team members
- Communicating with other departments to coordinate morning operations
- Reporting technical issues or irregularities to the Head of F&B
Required Competences:
- Hosting mindset and a passion for food and service
- Reliability and hands‑on mentality
- Strong sense of organisation and responsibility
- Clear and supportive communication
- Team‑oriented leadership style
- Basic understanding of hygiene standards and safety protocols
- Calm and solution‑oriented in fast‑paced situations
