This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced sales professional who can combine strategic vision with hands-on delivery, shaping how the brand engages with customers across digital platforms, physical showrooms and trade partnerships.

The Role

  • As Head of Sales, you will take ownership of revenue growth across all sales channels, developing and executing a clear, cohesive sales strategy aligned with brand values and customer experience.
  • This role goes beyond pure sales leadership — you will play a key role in influencing brand presence, customer engagement and commercial performance, working closely with marketing, operations and senior stakeholders to deliver sustainable growth.
