Our client is looking for a passionate and commercially minded Customer Service & Sales Associate to join their growing team.

Working within the Italian market, you'll be responsible for supporting customers throughout their entire journey, from initial enquiry and onboarding through to retention and upselling opportunities.
The Opportunity
As a Customer Service & Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering a first-class customer experience while achieving regional sales targets. You'll work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Business Intelligence, IT, and Operations to ensure customers receive a seamless and personalised experience at every touchpoint.
