Our client is looking to appoint a Supply Chain Representative to support the day-to-day execution of supply chain operations within a highly integrated production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes through ERP systems
- Coordinate inbound raw material deliveries and outbound product logistics
- Monitor and resolve system and data discrepancies across automated interfaces
- Support S&OP processes through accurate reporting and data management
- Maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and logistics providers
- Prepare regulatory and operational reports, including HMRC and sustainability compliance
Requirements:
- Experience within supply chain, logistics, or customer service in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong ERP system experience (Sage preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Understanding of S&OP and supply chain processes
- Strong organisational and communication skills
