The Opportunity

Resolution Communications is looking for a creative and commercially minded Social Media Content Creator to join its growing team in Stockton-on-Tees.

You will work across a diverse portfolio of client accounts, taking ownership of social media content from initial concept and planning through to filming, editing, publishing and performance analysis.

Working closely with account managers, marketers, PR professionals and creative partners, you will create engaging content that builds brands, connects with audiences and delivers measurable results.

• What You Will Be Doing
• Creating, filming and editing engaging social-first content for a varied portfolio of client accounts.
• Producing short-form video content for Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and You Tube.
• Planning and attending client content sessions, site visits and events to capture photography, interviews and behind-the-scenes footage.
• Editing video, imagery and graphics using software such as Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro and Canva.
• Managing Resolution Communications’ own social media channels and showcasing the agency’s work, culture and expertise.
• Developing creative concepts, campaign ideas, content calendars, captions and supporting copy.
• Working closely with account managers to deliver high-quality content on time and in line with client objectives.
• Monitoring content performance, identifying trends and using analytics to improve future campaigns.

Skills and Experience

• Experience creating content and managing social media channels, ideally within an agency or marketing environment.
• Strong experience planning, filming and editing short-form video content.
• Proficiency in Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software, together with confidence using Canva.
• Strong photography and videography skills using smartphones and professional camera equipment.
• Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone of voice across different brands and audiences.
• A strong understanding of Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and You Tube.
• Experience using social media scheduling, reporting and analytics tools.
• Confidence working with clients, managing multiple priorities and contributing ideas within a fast-paced team environment.
• A proactive, self-motivated and trend-aware approach, with confidence both behind and, where required, in front of the camera.
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client locations.
