Are you an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer looking to join a high-performing team within a prestigious and technically challenging environment?

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer with an electrical bias to support the delivery of critical engineering services across a flagship corporate estate. Working within a professional and collaborative team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of building services whilst maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.

As a Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer, you'll:

  • Deliver planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across a wide range of building services systems.
  • Support the operation of critical mechanical and electrical infrastructure to ensure maximum reliability and performance.
  • Respond to faults and incidents, identifying effective solutions to minimise downtime and disruption.
  • Ensure all works are completed safely and in line with statutory, company, and client compliance requirements.
  • Supervise specialist contractors and review RAMS, permits, and completed works.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, and key stakeholders to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and compliance documentation through CAFM systems.
  • Support commissioning, asset verification, and mobilisation activities associated with estate expansion projects.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll ideally have:

  • A recognised electrical qualification and experience working within commercial building services environments.
  • C&G BS7671 qualification (or equivalent).
  • HVAP qualification.
  • Experience of planned and reactive maintenance within critical or corporate facilities.
  • Knowledge of permit-to-work systems and safe systems of work.
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • A flexible, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering operational excellence.
