We are supporting our client in the recruitment of QHSE Specialists to operate across multiple industrial sites in Kuwait. The role focuses on maintaining a robust Integrated Management System and ensuring safety, compliance, and performance across high-risk operations.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain IMS (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)
- Conduct audits and lead incident investigations (SCAT / RCA)
- Manage CAPA actions and track closure
- Control documentation systems
- Enforce PTW, LOTO, and SIMOPS
- Promote safety awareness, training, and compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum, or Industrial Engineering
- International HSE certification (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent)
- ISO Lead Auditor and/or API certifications preferred
- Willing to work in a field-based role across Kuwait
