Wolviston Management Services are proud to be supporting our client in the search for a QA/QC Officer to join their Quality Assurance team. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, detail-driven individual to contribute to the safe and compliant manufacture of high-quality products. Working within a supportive team, you\'ll play a key role in reviewing documentation, managing sampling processes, and supporting internal and regulatory compliance across the site. The Role As QA/QC Officer, you will ensure product quality meets internal, customer, and regulatory standards through: Documentation Review (Primary Focus) Reviewing completed batch documentation for accuracy and compliance Escalating any deviations, OOS/OOT results, or discrepancies promptly Managing the archiving and control of documents in line with QA procedures Supporting the timely release of product batches following successful testing Sampling & Sample Management Carrying out raw material sampling and arranging transport Logging samples to ensure traceability and compliance Managing retention and reference samples, including daily collections Documentation & Compliance Maintaining QA logbooks and Certificates of Analysis Supporting accurate archiving to meet audit readiness Assisting with label reconciliation and artwork checks Quality Support & Continuous Improvement Supporting investigations and recommending corrective/preventive actions Maintaining compliance with ISO 9001, VMD, and relevant accreditations Monitoring environmental conditions (e.g., temperature excursions) Participating in internal and external audits, providing key documentation About You A good standard of education and practical manufacturing experience Previous QA/QC experience in a regulated environment is advantageous Skills & Competencies Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with laboratory/QA portals Strong communication and negotiation skills - able to liaise across departments and with external auditors Personal Attributes A proactive, self-motivated individual with high personal standards Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Customer-focused with a solution-oriented mindset If you are interested in this opportunity, please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss further
