We are recruiting on behalf of our valued client, a market leading provider of IT Project Management Services, who is seeking an IT Project Manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis. The role offers hybrid working; however, on-site attendance at client locations is required. Projects are delivered on a regional basis, so client sites are typically close to help ensure you can get home each day. Flexibility is essential, as each project will involve a different level of on-site presence. The role requires the end-to-end delivery of software application projects and infrastructure deployments, with a strong focus on ERP, CRM and other enterprise platforms. This includes managing implementations, integrations, data migration, testing, and go lives across a range of client environments. You will be responsible for delivery plans, risks, budgets, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver ERP, CRM and enterprise software projects end-to-end
  • Enterprise Infrastructure implementations end-to-end
  • Define scope, plans and milestones across multi disciplinary teams
  • Lead implementation, configuration, customisation and integrations
  • Oversee data migration, cutover and validation activity
  • Manage vendors, suppliers and technical teams
  • Run governance, RAID management and progress reporting
  • Support business change and user adoption
  • Budget tracking and cost control

About You

You'll have 4+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager delivering complex software solutions. You must have a driving licence, access to a vehicle and the right to work in the UK, as our client is unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.

You'll bring experience in:

  • Delivering CRM, ERP and enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, ServiceNow)
  • Full software delivery lifecycle: requirements, build, test, migration, go live
  • Managing data migration and integrations
  • Working with Agile and Waterfall methods
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management
  • Managing software budgets and commercial approvals
  • Using Jira, MS Project Online, DevOps or similar tools
