About the Role
Wolviston Management Services are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation within the subsea sector. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic electrical production team, supporting the manufacture and assembly of high-quality electrical connectors and cable harnesses for offshore applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Cutting and preparing cables to specification
- Soldering and termination of electrical wiring
- Assembly of electrical connectors
- Kitting of parts for production processes
- Carrying out inventory checks and stock control
- Supporting efficient production workflows and maintaining quality standards
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Proven experience in soldering wires
Desirable:
- Previous experience in an electrical manufacturing environment
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Experience working with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- GCSEs (Grade A-C or equivalent)
- NVQ Level II (or equivalent vocational qualification)
Personal Attributes
- Highly motivated with a strong attention to detail
- Proactive and forward-thinking approach
- Ability to contribute ideas to improve production processes and support new product development
