We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity within a prestigious international organisation, seeking a highly capable Office and Facilities Manager to take ownership of a flagship Central London office. As the go-to person for all office and workplace matters, you will play a key role in ensuring the office runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest professional standards. Key Responsibilities
- Office & Workplace Management
- Take ownership of the day-to-day management of a busy corporate office.
- Ensure a professional, welcoming, and efficient working environment for employees and visitors.
- Coordinate workplace services, office events, and employee support activities.
- Manage office moves, space planning, refurbishments, and improvement projects.
- Build strong relationships with employees, senior leaders, and building management.
- Facilities Management
- Oversee all hard and soft facilities services.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, contractor activities, and office improvements.
- Monitor service standards and ensure suppliers deliver against agreed expectations.
- Maintain office policies, procedures, and operational documentation.
- Health, Safety & Business Resilience
- Lead office health and safety compliance activities.
- Coordinate fire wardens, first aid arrangements, evacuation procedures, and emergency planning.
- Support business continuity and workplace security initiatives.
- Supplier, Procurement & Budget Management
- Manage supplier relationships and service contracts.
- Oversee procurement activities and office-related expenditure.
- Identify opportunities to improve services, enhance value, and reduce costs.
- Monitor budgets and ensure effective financial control across facilities and office services.
About You
