NEC Contract Administrator – Hull (Site-Based) We are recruiting an NEC Contract Administrator for a major energy and infrastructure project in Saltend, Hull. This is a full-time, site-based role, running from January 2025 to mid-2027. Key Responsibilities: * NEC4 ECC contract administration, including Compensation Events and Early Warnings * Programme management – reviewing and approving contractor schedules * Cost management – ensuring financial compliance and tracking Defined Costs * Stakeholder coordination – working with contractors, project managers, and NEC Supervisors Requirements: * Strong NEC3/NEC4 ECC contract administration experience * Proven experience in client-side contract management * Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Contract Management Software
