Our client is seeking a Laboratory Technician / Researcher to join their cutting-edge research and development team in Middlesbrough. This is a full-time, ongoing temporary role offering hands-on experience with some of the most advanced analytical technologies in the sector.
In this role, you’ll play a vital part in delivering innovative research projects that support decarbonisation, circular economy initiatives, and advanced materials development across heavy industry.
Duties involved:
- Operating high-spec analytical equipment including SEM, XRD, XRF, OES, and TGA
- Preparing and analysing material samples with precision and care
- Interpreting data, supporting technical teams, and ensuring quality across results
- Taking ownership of equipment upkeep, safety, and user training protocols
Requirements:
