Wolviston Management Services is recruiting for a Site HR / Recruitment Coordinator to support a major workforce mobilisation project in Teesside. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and professional coordinator to play a key role in a significant recruitment and onboarding programme. Working on site, you will act as the link between the client’s hiring team and the Wolviston recruitment team, ensuring recruitment activity is coordinated efficiently and professionally throughout the mobilisation phase. This role would suit someone with previous experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, onboarding, workforce planning support or a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the day-to-day on-site liaison between the client and the recruitment delivery team
- Coordinate recruitment activity across multiple vacancies and departments
- Arrange interviews, meetings and recruitment-related scheduling
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records, including updating client systems
- Issue interview confirmations, rejection correspondence and other recruitment communications
- Support the preparation and coordination of offer documentation
- Arrange inductions, coordinate start dates and support onboarding activity
- Coordinate PPE requirements for new starters, including ordering and tracking where required
- Provide regular progress updates on interviews, offers and start dates
- Ensure all recruitment administration is handled accurately, professionally and confidentially
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, onboarding or a similar support role
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident using Microsoft Office and other business systems
- Able to work independently while remaining aligned to a wider team
- Professional and discreet when handling confidential information
Desirable
- Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, industrial or other site-based environment
- Experience supporting high-volume recruitment or mobilisation projects
- Familiarity with induction planning and PPE coordination
