We are currently looking for three ambitious and people orientated graduates to join the Wolviston Group's newly created Recruitment Academy. You will join this 24 month fast track programme as a Recruitment Resourcer, obtaining first class training in the full Recruitment Cycle.
Supporting Recruitment Consultants
- Understand client requirements to create accurate and compelling job advertisements.
- Manage candidate communications, including interview confirmations and onboarding documentation.
- Conduct compliance checks, obtain references, and maintain accurate database records.
- Build rapport with candidates and manage ongoing contractor relationships.
- Develop a full understanding of client vacancies to create accurate and engaging job advertisements.
- Manage all aspects of candidate communication, including interview scheduling and onboarding coordination.
- Nurture long-term relationships with existing contractors.
Administration
- Prepare CV’s for submission to Client.
- Prepare and process contracts (PAYE, Ltd, Umbrella) and related amendments.
- Ensure full compliance with internal quality systems and industry regulations.
- Liaise with clients and hiring managers regarding documentation, PO numbers, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain up-to-date, high-integrity records within the JobAdder CRM platform.
Client & Business Development Support
- Conduct research and identify prospective leads and candidate referrals to contribute to pipeline growth.
- Represent Wolviston at networking events to raise brand visibility and build new relationships.
- Support the onboarding of new client accounts and contribute to engagement planning.
Training & Progression (Wolviston Recruitment Academy)
- A structured development programme including fundamentals of recruitment, candidate management, business development, and client retention.
- Progressive training in recruitment best practices, client development, and candidate lifecycle management.
- Shadowing of experienced Consultants by being assigned as the Recruitment Resourcer and work alongside Senior Leadership.
- Clear performance milestones towards becoming a Recruitment Consultant within 24 months, with the opportunity for earlier promotion based on performance.
