The Role

As Head of Sales, you will take ownership of revenue growth across all sales channels, developing and executing a clear, cohesive sales strategy aligned with brand values and customer experience. This role goes beyond pure sales leadership; you will play a key role in influencing brand presence, customer engagement and commercial performance, working closely with marketing, operations and senior stakeholders to deliver sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive revenue growth across e-commerce, offline retail and trade sales channels
  • Develop and deliver a robust sales strategy aligned to business objectives and brand vision
