360 Recruitment Consultant – Construction The Opportunity Wolviston Management Services is seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to establish and develop a specialist recruitment desk within the Construction sector. This is a genuine cold-desk opportunity for a commercially driven consultant who is confident generating new business, developing client relationships and building a sustainable portfolio of vacancies and candidates. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the desk, from identifying prospective clients and securing recruitment opportunities through to sourcing candidates, managing interviews, negotiating offers and maintaining long-term client relationships. This role would suit an established 360 consultant who enjoys business development, has a strong understanding of the Construction recruitment market and is motivated by the opportunity to build a profitable desk with the support of an established, independently owned recruitment business. Key Responsibilities * Developing a Construction recruitment desk from a cold start. * Identifying, approaching and securing new clients across the Construction sector. * Conducting regular business development activity through telephone calls, meetings, networking and targeted campaigns. * Building strong relationships with hiring managers, contractors and key decision-makers. * Taking detailed job briefs and advising clients on market conditions, salaries, availability and recruitment strategies. * Managing the full 360 recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement. * Sourcing suitable candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals and direct approaches. * Screening, interviewing and assessing candidates against client requirements. * Preparing professional candidate submissions and managing the interview process. * Negotiating permanent salaries, contract rates, commercial terms and offers. * Maintaining regular contact with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process. * Developing repeat business and expanding existing client accounts. * Maintaining accurate records within the company’s recruitment database. * Achieving agreed activity, revenue and placement targets. * Representing Wolviston professionally within the Construction recruitment market. About You This position requires a proven 360 Recruitment Consultant who is comfortable starting and growing a cold desk. You should be able to demonstrate: * Previous 360 recruitment experience within Construction or a closely related technical sector. * A proven ability to generate new business and develop client accounts. * Confidence making outbound business development calls and approaching prospective clients. * Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle. * Strong candidate sourcing, screening and relationship-management skills. * A commercial approach with the ability to negotiate fees, rates and terms. * The resilience and determination required to establish a desk from the ground up. * A self-motivated, proactive and results-focused approach An existing network of Construction clients and candidates would be advantageous, although the role is primarily suited to someone with the ability and ambition to develop new relationships.
