Wolviston Management Services in the North East is seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to establish and grow a Construction desk from a cold start, generating new business and building a sustainable portfolio of vacancies and candidates.
You will own the desk end-to-end, from identifying clients and securing opportunities to sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and negotiating offers, while developing long-term relationships in a fast-paced, independent recruitment business.
