Wolviston Group is supporting our client, a leader in chemical and oil sectors, in their search for a CMMS Coordinator to join their engineering department. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the effective operation of maintenance systems, helping reduce downtime and improve asset reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Generate, track, and close work orders
- Support predictive and preventative maintenance planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritise maintenance needs
- Provide technical support and user training
- Liaise with IT and contractors on CMMS upgrades and performance
- Maintain KPI reporting for asset performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in maintenance coordination or systems management
- CMMS experience (SAP, Maximo, Agility, PEMAC)
- Background in COMAH sites or high-hazard industries
- Strong reporting, data analysis, and communication skills
