We are recruiting for a CAD Technician (mechanical bias) to join our client, a leading engineering company in the rotating machinery sector.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Produce detailed 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings using AutoCAD/Solid Edge
  • Support reverse engineering projects through 3D scanning and manual measurement
  • Modify existing designs and check drawings for accuracy
  • Apply mechanical engineering principles to assess manufacturability

Requirements:

  • HND/HNC/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Strong experience in AutoCAD and 3D modelling
  • Knowledge of rotating equipment components
  • UK Driving Licence
