We are recruiting for a CAD Technician (mechanical bias) to join our client, a leading engineering company in the rotating machinery sector. Role Responsibilities: Produce detailed 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings using AutoCAD/Solid Edge Support reverse engineering projects through 3D scanning and manual measurement Modify existing designs and check drawings for accuracy Apply mechanical engineering principles to assess manufacturability Requirements: HND/HNC/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Strong experience in AutoCAD and 3D modelling Knowledge of rotating equipment components UK Driving Licence Competitive package and the chance to work on technically complex projects in the power generation and compression industries
