Requirements
- Previous experience working within the Building Controls or Building Management Systems sector
- Comfortable working independently on customer sites
- Experience with one or more of the following technologies would be advantageous: Trend, IQVision, Tridium / Niagara, Schneider EcoStruxure, Siemens
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Good understanding of HVAC systems and associated plant
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Proactive and organised approach to work
- Full UK driving licence
Responsibilities
- Support a portfolio of customer sites across the region
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance on BMS installations
- Diagnose and resolve faults across a variety of BMS platforms
- Undertake repairs, upgrades and remedial works
- Respond to reactive service calls and technical issues
- Produce accurate service reports and technical documentation
- Provide customers with technical support and recommendations
- Ensure systems operate efficiently and in line with customer requirements
- Participate in an out-of-hours support rota when required
