Requirements

  • Previous experience working within the Building Controls or Building Management Systems sector
  • Comfortable working independently on customer sites
  • Experience with one or more of the following technologies would be advantageous: Trend, IQVision, Tridium / Niagara, Schneider EcoStruxure, Siemens
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Good understanding of HVAC systems and associated plant
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
  • Proactive and organised approach to work
  • Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

  • Support a portfolio of customer sites across the region
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance on BMS installations
  • Diagnose and resolve faults across a variety of BMS platforms
  • Undertake repairs, upgrades and remedial works
  • Respond to reactive service calls and technical issues
  • Produce accurate service reports and technical documentation
  • Provide customers with technical support and recommendations
  • Ensure systems operate efficiently and in line with customer requirements
  • Participate in an out-of-hours support rota when required
