Wolviston Management Services are supporting a long-established BMS specialist with the recruitment of an experienced BMS Project Manager to join their London delivery team. This role will involve managing a range of major projects and technically complex building environments across London, including commercial buildings, critical infrastructure and large-scale developments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing BMS projects from handover through to commissioning and completion
  • Coordinating engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and site activity
  • Managing programmes, costs, documentation and reporting
  • Liaising with clients, consultants and internal teams
  • Monitoring commercial performance, variations and project risks
  • Ensuring projects are delivered safely, professionally and to programme

We are keen to speak with candidates who have:

  • Experience delivering BMS projects within commercial or critical environments
  • A good understanding of HVAC systems, controls strategy and BMS delivery
  • Experience with Trend, Tridium, Schneider EcoStruxure, Siemens or similar systems
  • Ability to read technical drawings and control schematics
  • Commercial awareness and strong project coordination skills
  • A calm, organised and professional approach
  • Experience within data centres or critical infrastructure would be advantageous, although not essential.
