This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in Stockton-on-Tees, offering the chance to join a close-knit, technically skilled team within a well-equipped modern facility. Key Responsibilities:
- CNC programming and setup of Fanuc-controlled machines (turning and/or milling).
- Overseeing daily shop floor operations.
- Leading and mentoring machinists and apprentices.
- Ensuring production schedules, quality, and safety standards are met.
- Process optimisation and technical problem-solving.
Essential Requirements:
- Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering.
- Proven CNC programming experience with Fanuc controls.
- Strong background in precision machining.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Previous supervisory or team-leading experience.
