Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support a busy Supply Chain department within a large industrial manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a well-established business on an initial 6-month contract, with the potential for extension. The successful candidate will provide key administrative support across customs, shipping, and invoice processing activities, helping to ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day supply chain functions. Key Responsibilities

  • Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Support import customs clearance administration
  • Manage export customs clearance documentation
  • Process and maintain shipping line documentation
  • Assist the wider Supply Chain team with general administrative duties
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is completed correctly
  • Work with spreadsheets and reporting tools to manage and track data
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders
