Wolviston Management Services are recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and experienced 7.5 Tonne Driver to join a well-established logistics operation in the Teesside area. This is a hands-on multi-drop delivery role, working with a professional team to deliver a variety of goods across the North East and beyond. Some manual handling and handballing will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out multi-drop deliveries in a timely and professional manner
- Load and unload goods safely and accurately
- Complete vehicle checks and maintain delivery logs via Digi Tacho
- Communicate clearly with the transport office and customers
- Adhere to all driving laws and working time directives
What we're looking for:
- Valid 7.5 Tonne (C1) licence
- Digi Tacho card and CPC qualification
- No more than 6 penalty points - no DD, DR, or IN convictions
- Previous experience in multi-drop driving (desirable)
- Good level of physical fitness for occasional handballing
- Strong customer service and time management skills
