The Role
As Production Technician, you will play a key role in supporting laboratory and manufacturing activities, assisting with the production, testing and optimisation of innovative pellet products and binding solutions. Working closely with the Technical Operations Team, Scientists and Senior Leadership, you will support development programmes through hands‑on manufacturing, process operation, analysis and reporting activities. This role offers excellent variety and the opportunity to develop technical, operational and process knowledge within an advanced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting laboratory and manufacturing activities
- Operating process and production equipment safely and efficiently
- Assisting with product trials, testing and optimisation programmes
- Carrying out basic physical and chemical analysis activities
- Recording and updating operational and testing data accurately
- Supporting equipment preparation, calibration and maintenance activities
- Maintaining high housekeeping and laboratory standards
- Handling and organising raw materials and chemicals safely
- Communicating observations, findings and process improvements effectively
- Supporting continuous improvement and development activities across the operation
- Ensuring full compliance with site health, safety and environmental procedures
About You
