We are searching for an inspiring leader to embody this vibrant brand, guiding their team on an unforgettable journey while crafting a service that is as thrilling as it is refined - elevated, electrifying, and endlessly engaging.
WHAT YOU’LL BE GETTING UP TO
- Collaboratively deliver the Sushi Menu with confidence, precision, and pride.
- Consistently deliver dishes to spec and support with spec testing and menu changes.
- Set up and prepare your section for service to the highest standard.
- Work safely and hygienically with equipment, ingredients, and prep areas at all times.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen, including food labelling, stock rotation, and storage.
- Work closely with the Itamae Chef & Head Chef as well as the wider kitchen team to create exceptional guest experiences.
- Be comfortable preparing dishes in front of guests, adding an element of theatre to your work.
- Support with new menu launches, dish development, and continuous training.
- Actively promote positive working relationships and contribute to a respectful kitchen culture.
- Lead by example on compliance, safety, and completing e-learning and checklists.
- Represent yourself and the Incipio brand with positivity, professionalism, and pride.

- Previous experience as a Sushi Chef in a Japanese restaurant.
- A passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and high standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Organised, clean, and confident in maintaining food hygiene, stock rotation, and compliance.

- Strong communication and willingness to train, mentor, and support junior chefs.
