Wolverine Worldwide is seeking a reliable and service-oriented store support staff to act as the go-to person in the absence of the Store Manager. The role requires a team player who is responsible, courteous, and capable of maintaining product knowledge and store standards under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store including opening and closing, cash‑handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and well‑presented store at all times.
- Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge.
- Create amazing experiences for customers through authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
- Achieve sales goals and performance metrics, driving the store’s success by being an ambassador and supporting local marketing efforts.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned by management.
- Maintain compliance with company policies including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
- Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing to the delivery of store KPIs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
- Demonstrated retail sales success.
- Experience in a customer‑facing role; supervisory experience preferred but not essential.
- Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
