We are looking for someone who is responsible, reliable, service oriented and who enjoys a positive, collaborative work environment. The role supports the team in alignment with our values and acts as the go-to person in the absence of the Store Manager. You are a role model for the team and remain calm under pressure, ready to share product knowledge and uphold standards. You will assist with administrative and operational duties and general store security.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store including opening and closing the store, cash-handling, stock control, merchandising and maintaining a clean and well-presented store at all times.
- Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge.
- Create amazing experiences for customers through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
- Achieve sales goals and performance metrics and drive the store’s success by being an ambassador and supporting local marketing efforts.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned by the manager.
- Maintain compliance with company policies including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
- Take ownership of stock management and executing visual merchandising guidelines, contributing toward and delivering on store KPIs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
- Demonstrated retail sales success
- Experience in a customer-facing role. Supervisory experience is preferred, but not essential
- Flexible and adaptable; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
